The first step in creating a memorable outdoor living space is our discovery process. Whether it is in the showroom, on the phone, or by email, we want to learn about your project and what makes it special so we can customize and personalize it to your needs. During this part of the process, it is beneficial to have pictures of the space and any measurements you can provide. If you have any pictures that you have found of outdoor spaces that inspired you, we would love to see them. Our design experts can take that information to create a preliminary two-dimensional layout and give you a budget range. We will listen to your feedback and all of your questions, and we will offer our expertise to move us toward the design stage. When you do this process in our showroom, you can also see and touch products and learn about what you want in your outdoor space.

The second step in creating your outdoor living space is selecting the perfect design for you. During this step you will be given a recommended design for your outdoor project that is crafted based on your specific needs and budget. The selection process includes the larger functional decisions such as whether or not to include a side burner or pizza oven, or smaller format selections such as exact stone and concrete color selection. We will create and share a 3D rendering of your project for you either in person or by zoom. We will work hand in hand with you on the design changes until you are satisfied. Once the design selection is complete, Premier Outdoor Living & Design goes to work. We will build your dream outdoor living space that you helped design using all licensed craftsmen. We will then handle the engineering and permitting process for you if the project requires it. You will have an assigned project manager that will be available to you, who will answer any questions and keep you updated on the project status.
